Success has one thing in common: self-discipline. And there are some practises that help a person do very well.

Setting goals is one of the most important skills you need to be successful. Setting goals is a great skill that every successful person knows is important. But you have to make it a habit to write down your goals every day. By writing down your goals every day, you give your mind a chance to help you reach your goals.

𝟯. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

Follow the ABCD plan. You need to write down all your goals and then rank them in order of how important they are. The one that needs to be done right away and is the most important must be called A. The next most important one must be called B, and so on. This is a simple method, but it is a very important one.

𝟰. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲

To be great, you can’t be afraid of anything, not even failure, money, love, or death. If so, you should never say, “I can’t.” With courage, a person can go to places he or she would not be able to. Everyone has fears, but only brave people will reach their goals.

𝟱. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵

You can only see the full effect of self-discipline if you are in good physical health. This is also a very important practise, but a lot of people don’t do it well, so they don’t get the most out of life.
