A student who was going to finish college asked me:

A student who was going to finish college asked me:

“What can I do next?”

My reply:

“Work hard on yourself, and not on your job.”

(This is a quote by Jim Rohn, by the way.)

Why?

Back in college, I really didn’t know what to do next.

It was rough. I simply wanted a job.

After 2 years, it became clear that I wasn’t going to enjoy whatever I was doing.

→ I was frustrated.

→ No clear goals

→ It seemed like my growth was slow.

Then I started asking people. Many started to give the same answer.

1) Prepare for government jobs

2) Complete Ph.D.

3) Work at a reputed college

But that certainly won’t help me reach my ambitious goals.

So what is the secret escape route?

Most of us think working hard at our jobs is enough.

But it is not.

The truth is, if you die tomorrow, by next week they will replace you and get you back to work.

Instead

→ Work hard on yourself.

→ Work on your skills.

→ Learn Saes

→ Learn Marketing

In fact, I will challenge you.

Get placed first, but set a goal to start something as a side hustle. In 3 to 5 years, you should be running a side hustle.

To recap:

↳Get Placed

↳ Work hard on your skills.

↳Start a side hustle.

↳Be independent

↳Be Happy
