I wrote 1 poem every day for 150 days.

Writing poetry is tricky.

You need to be happy, or depressed.

But then, for a prolonged period, I was sad.

So, I wrote every day for 100 days straight.

It acted as therapy for me.

But then I realised it had become a habit.

I continued to write. I continued with other topics.

I wrote 100 lamentations.

Then I started to write 150 Psalms (I have completed 52 Psalms till date)

Planning for 365 days of motivating poetry after Psalms.

The funny thing is that those 100 lamentations are coming out as a book in two weeks. (Don’t forget to get it.)

What I realised was this:

When done over a long period of time, a small, simple habit can have a big impact.

Instead of trying to do so many things, focus on small, incremental habits.

They can take you a long way.
