By taking walks

→Mind gets clearer.

→Helps solve problems.

→ Mood changes instantly.

Walking is the cheapest therapy there can be.

I loved to take long walks as a kid, and I still do.

And I have read that people have come up with breakthrough ideas just by walking.

And so recently, I came across an article on Art of Manliness about how much time we should spend outdoors.

They call it 20- 5-3 rule.

↳spend at least 20 minutes outdoors every day.

↳ spend 5 hours in a semi-wild environment, once a month.

↳3 days completely off-grid, annually.

But if you ask me I would prefer 3 days completely off every week.

PS: Remember not to take your mobile on your walks ( do take if safety is a concern)
