The subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

I liked this book but particularly not life-changing.

Some direct common-sense advice, that’s it.

The F word is used in abundance, and in this context means (give your time and energy to things that matter)

I have seen this book in many recommendations so I went ahead listening to this book.

I felt like it was his own experience and a little bit of Buddhism.

Some Lessons from this book:

Subtlety #1: Being comfortable with your differences is all it takes. Don’t screw it all in life just for the little stuff.

Subtlety #2: You have to worry about something more essential than hardship initially to avoid a f* over adversity.

Subtlety #3: You always choose what to say, whether you know it or not. What matters is that you progressively trim what you care about so that on the most crucial occasions you just give a f*

I would give 2.5/5 for this book. If you are new to self-help then this book might be useful otherwise you can check out these books.
